Thanks Utah for an epic week of music and good times!! Weather could not stop the Roots of Rock on Saturday night. Ran into Dave Brogan (ALO drummer) playing with a great local band Mokie and even though the main stage was shut down by lightening the night time shows inside of the lodge were insane!
Weather tried to stop us again as we hit the Grand Bank Concert Series in Deer Valley,UT. We rode the fernicular up to a fancy bar where we enjoyed some delicious libations and let the storm pass before hitting the stage as the sun came out.
The Hog Wallow in Salt Lake and The Spur Bar in Park City did not disappoint as the music loving folks showed up in force to shake a tail feather and make us sweat in that high altitude.
Our week in Utah ended with a magical place called Mystic Hot Springs in Monroe,Utah Mother Hips, ALO,Hot Buttered Rum, Dead Winter Carpenters and many more great bands got together for the first Mystic Hot Springs Music Festival!! Thanks Mike and everyone who made the magic happen. We were so happy to be a part of it!! Wabisabi!!
